"it gives my heart great joy to see your eyes fill with fear. so lean in close, and i will whisper the last words you'll hear."

Tonight, Karen, Joe, and I had dinner at Moto. It was absolutely unlike anything I have ever experienced before. They had flavored menus that we used instead of seaweed to make our own sushi rolls. They had noodles and mashed potatoes made out of chicken. They had miniature sandwiches in the form of cigars with edible ash. There were more courses than we could keep track of, for a grand total of four hours of fine dining. It was… amazing. I’m so glad we went.

If you are curious, watch this video or check out the show “Future Foods,” or just go there yourself.
